I've seen them in Aldi before, but can't recall the price - not somewhere I go too often.
Argos usually have deals though - I know recently they had a 'Buy One Get One Free' offer which worked out at £7.50 each, they arn't too bad for normal use.0 -
Just had a look at Argos - they have a 2 for £20 offer on, or a webcam with built-in Mic for £13.99 which doesn't seem like a bad deal.

anyone know if lidl/aldi are better bets?0 -
I have bought several electrical items from Lidl and only once did I have a prob. with an electric sewing machine which began playing up after 9 months. No problem with the refund though, because it was over fifty quid, head office had to send a cheque which arrived within 3 days. If it had been under 50 quid, I could have been reimbursed out of the till. The snag is however that you are unlikely to get a replacement, merely a refund, some people would consider this to be an advantage !
An added advantage of Lidl is that normally you get a 3 year warranty but what's the chance that they have what you want as the specials are rotated on a weekly basis ?
My optical cordless mouse is still going strong after 2 years and a dunking in a mug of tea.0 -
Anything over £10 at Lidl has to get refunded via cheque now has been for at least a year, they usually have small signs over the specials saying this0
