been ill all yesterday and today, hot and cold sweats, white tongue, runny nose, stiff shoulders and neck, feel really bad anyone else had this

I have had this too, my head has only just cleared. I am afraid rest, plenty of water and paracetamol and ibuprofen will do the trick.

Hi skintas there a quiet a few people i have spoken to have had this, must be a bug going around, not surprising for this time of year:rolleyes:, hope you feel better soon hun;)
