Oh hon, it was the diet of me, he he:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

But SW is the best I think, I used to run one of those and it really works, but takes a bit of sorting till you understand it all:cool:

I spose, that's mostly how I do it without thinking now and stay within 2lbs of my target, even when I cheat badly, as I know how to repair the damage;)

i joined SW a few months ago with my neighbour but she decided she didnt want to go anymore so we stopped,i have been doing my callanetics though which has shifted a few inches in record time i must admit:T 4 and a half of my hips in 6 hours:eek:great eh,ive also started cycling but my knee isnt happy about it,lol think i will have to get you to share your secrets,hehe,x

Diet is only half of it, as they say it's a balancing act, if what goes in = what goes out then you stay the same:j

To lose, you obveously have to use more than you take in, elimentry my dear watson, what:D

But that is basically it fill up on free food and voula sort of:T
