It's mainly a health thing for us, as mrs G-J's recently been diagnosed with v.high cholestrol and angina (in family, unfortunately).... hopefully the side-effect will be some financial benefit, but if not, so be it, as long as it helps her health

lol mark - very good - i think im on the same diet. really wana get a bit in shape this year (personal goal) tried it last year, but didnt quite go to plan and focussed on sorting the flat out first.
