    magics - know exactly what you mean...I'm sure mrs GunJack gets SAD, needs her sunlight :(

    Just for the record, I'm having my knee flushed out (again) due to all the bits of bone and stuff accumulating in there (osteo-arthritis caused by sports injury 20 yrs ago). Still waay too young for a replacement, so have to put up with clean-outs every few years :(

  • no our kids not too keen on big bangs so we got some cheapy garden ones from aldi and watched thru window good job really they kept falling over going sideways

  • oh no sounds very painful i know how u feel about being too young for this kinda stuff i'm 35 and sufffer back probs due to a twisted pelvis have to go to chiropractor every few months for re alignment hope your op goes well

    Hi, new to this thread. Had a rubbish day, found out about a tonne of bank charges i can't afford to pay and had to go cap in hand to my boyf yet again. I want to sleep, i just feel not quite ready. Might be the herbal sleeping tablets again for me tonight. And i might just have to get ruthless at work in search of the elusive bonus next month! lol :)

    best way to do this is a flower trough filled with compost or damp sand....push 'em in firmly and robert's your mother's brother :D
