I have been baking all evening as I am having friends over for afternoon tea, probably for the best, I would only be out spending money I don't have on booze I don't need otherwise. Did you have a lovely time with your houseguests?

Im fine thanks hun, yes we had a lovely evening thankyou, old friends we havent seen for a while so it was great to catch up. Hope you have a lovely afternoon tea tomorrow, so what have you been baking then??? i know im nosey arnt i ???:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

So far lemon cake and chocolate butterfly cakes (but they went a bit pants so they may stay in the tin - lol) tomorrow is scones and strawberries dipped in chocolate and making sarnies.

Had to tidy the flat too, no mean feat I assure you, it was a sty (when I say clean, read: shoved in great heaps into my bedroom)
