Hi,
I have 3-4 overdrafts each for about £250 ish...i ha repayment plans on all of them and they are all slowly but surely going down apart from Natwest.
I went in on the 29th september and paid £75 in which brought my overall overdraft down to £184 something pence.....however today i got a letter through the post syaing i hadnt stuck to my agreement (which i have) and that they were going to possibl issue a notice of default against me?!!
I'm really worried as i do not hae £184 to pay them and when i get paid i will still only be able to afford to pay about £100 off! I dont no what do, im going to ring them tommorow but will they be able to do anything ?
forgot to mention the letter was sent on the 28th, included the balance before the £75 i had paid off.
Thank you

Im no expert but if they sent the letter before you had paid that £75 i dont think you have anything to worry about. Once you ring them - or go to see them in the branch - and explain that you have made a payment i would assume they would be ok with that (providing that is sticking to your agreed payment plan).
Im sure someone else will be along shortly and will know for sure thoughBiggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0
