phoenix Endowment should I sell will they pay terminal bonuses?

My endowment (with Phoenix) matures 2013 was for £100k plus bonuses and terminal bonuses but last value was about £50k. I pay £132.16 per month. should I surrender/sell it and pay it off my variable mortgage of £118k.
Is it worth waiting to see if they give me a terminal bonus?
