I rang this number and a really nice man answered !!!
Completely threw me as i just thought you would be ask to leave a message - i didnt say anything at first -i was really shocked a real person picked up -and it was after 10pm on a saturday night !!!

I think that outside normal hours calls are not answered by Willowbrook staff - but by a call handling company instead!

If you call during the day they may seem almost as nice but I can assure you that everything they say is geared getting you to agree to an appointment for an 'adviser' (i.e. high pressure salesman) to visit your home! Just try asking for the price of the chairs over the phone and I guarantee you will be unsuccesful!
