hiya I need help quickly about consumer law.
i bought some paint ball tickets and it wasn't fully explained to me that I need to pay an extra £10 each to book, i was told i would need £10- £15 on the day for extra paintballs and food but i did sign to say I accepted the terms and conditions ( big mistake won't do that again)
i called the guy within an hour to ask for a refund and emailed head office
they are refusing to refund me as i signed .
where do i stand legally on this one ?
anyone know
the guy is calling me back in a few minutes

ok don't worry I have accepted the offer of 200 paintballs for the £10 instead of 100 and on the day booking instead of having to give a weeks notice
so it was a bit of a resultI am journeying to a debt-free life.
