Personal Budget Sheet - Acceptable Amounts

Hi folks
I'm in the position currently of doing some negotiations regarding debt repayments. I am writing my personal budget sheet and was wondering what amounts for different items are considered acceptable by the debt collection agencies. For example how much a single person should spend on food, bills, phone, toiletries etc.
Any ideas?

The CCCS debt remedy has a pretty good guide, you need to fill it in but you don't have to give your name or anything

or you can post your SOA on here
