L & H US 3 Month LIBOR Mortgage

Apologies if this discussion has already done the rounds, but has anyone seen the mortgage currently on the best buy table on:
http://mortgages.charcolonline.co.uk/
The mortgage is linked to the US 3 month LIBOR rate for the first 10 years followed by the UK 3 month LIBOR for the remaining 15 years. There are no exchange rate worries since you are borrowing in £'s and the mortgage appears portable if you move house.
Given the current differential between US and UK rates, I was wondering whether anyone thought it was a good deal? The rate differential will probably narrow over time but I can see US rates staying below thoses in the UK for at least the next couple of years - any thoughts?

not specific to the mortgage you say but if you try the search facility and only search this mortage board for titles containing LIBOR in the last year, I think their were a couple of discussions about a Skipton BS US LIBOR mortgage where some views were expressed, might be a starter though of course both economies are now 3 months on
