Does anyone by any chance know how I can get in touch with asos.com besides email? I've been waiting for a coat for over 2 weeks now, and besides the fact I'm cold, they are not replying to my emails, bar one (a week ago). The item reads dispatched a good while ago but as we spent £90 on the site we are not happy!

Well, they didn't replt to any of my mail but they were very nice on the phone, although you have to wonder how 2 enormous duffle coats can get lost in the post...

Just came across this thread on google while trying to find a number for asos.com and I noticed most of the information is quite old! I just got through to them on 0207 7561000 and asked for customer service. Have been waiting ages for a reply to an email (sent 2!) trying to track down my order, but the lady on the phone was very helpful and is refunding my delivery charge so it might be worth ringing them!!
