Cotbeds - buyer's guide
Comments

Hi
Both my partner and I are rather on the short side and could not recommend buying a cotbed with a one handed drop side highly enough. They are more difficult to come by but Cossatto make a couple.
Some people think its a waste of money spending the extra money on the drop side - but there is no way I could reach the mattress when it is on the lower level to change sheets etc without being able to drop the side down. It is an absolute godsend.
With regards to cotbed mattresses - there are a couple of decent suppliers on ebay. We have gone for a coolmax sprung mattress as they last longer and have got the special breathable layer. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/COOLMAX-FULLY-SPRUNG-COT-COTBED-MATTRESS-any-size_W0QQitemZ310089145141QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item310089145141&_trkparms=39%3A1%7C66%3A4%7C65%3A15%7C240%3A1318&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14
Hope this helps.
