whats insolvency & a trust deed ?

    Hi Jackie,

    Your sister is making a mistake going with this other company!! It's going to cost her money.

    If the CCCS think a trust deed is the best option they will recommend a reputable company for her to approach.

    Its a shame she is being snappy with you as your only giving her advice and the advice you get on MSE and from the CCCS will be of the best advice.

    I'm sure the other company will be taking more than the £39 per month they said they would. All the advice I've ever seen has been to steer clear of these people. As you say though she is an adult and if she won't even listen to what you're saying not much else you can do. Have you thought of speaking to her ex? He will be making the same mistake if he goes with them too. Maybe he can convince her.
