    Hi
IVA's are only suitable for a small percentage of people and they make a lot of money for IVA factories and therefore most are mis-sold.

I would suggest you contact one of the debt charities such as CCCS, CAB or National Debtline who can advise you as to the best way forward. A debt management plan may be more suitable for you. However, if you've not missed any payments as yet, it maybe that creditors may not accept an IVA or DMP at this stage.

Have you contacted your creditors and explained your situation? You may be able to set up reduced payments with them directly. National Debtline has a good standard letter that you could use to write to your creditors.

    Good luck.
