guess by now more people have heard of firms who professes can wipe-out debts via unenforceable CA taken before 7 April 2007. Fees are upfront from £500 upwards depending on how many CA you have. Too good to be true.
what's your thought of this? Anyone with debt problems, confused
and worried will use them in the hope of wiping-out their debt.
I don't know how much success they have. But it is quite frustrating to someone who has already a debt and, can't afford repayments
let alone this one-off fees.
They said, "DCA's will ignore a customer because to them you are just a customer" but it is them, DCA will not and cannot ignore them.
