This news is good for the majority on this board but this thread is market focused and I dont have any more relevant alternative on my recent threads so Im posting it here as a negative

My quote hasn't included your bank reclaiming paras and the link is subs only.

Have you posted this on Reclaiming board? I had a look but couldn't see it...would cheer up a lot of people if you did.
  • I havent since I only really read a couple of forums here and I would presume that good news travels fast.
Should have been in the news headlines since so many people must have been charged over the years, normally 6 years is the cap to reclaim anything not sure in this case?

Now I think about it, the rbs refund was mentioned at the time of their vote to take government funding

John, yes house prices still falling at the same rate of change afaik. ie. -20% by april it seems

Don't hear so much on news anymore with all the other bad news.

What's happening to all the new developments these days ?

In the boom times massive flat development projects were built or planned.
What's going to happen to them & their high prices.

Now they look like white elephants from a different age where people lost all their sense.
  • am i missing something.... house prices being low is not a reason to get out....prices being high is a good reason to sell

If you are going deeper & deeper into negative equity.

Some people want to sell, prices have fallen & are holding out.

It's like the stock market, when do you decide to cut your losses & get out.
  • These are stocks with a good yield hopefully
