Accounting Qualifications

I'm looking at apprenterships for accountancy which means i will get AAT and then move on to ACCA.

However i need to concentrate on a UCAS if i fail to get an apprentership (i look like i can get a A in a business A-level but the most of 2C's from Govt and Politics and Modern History)

Is there any Uni's i should look at with good business / finance / accountancy courses?

I'm not looking at Oxbridge and places such as Warwick or Keele because they requite ABB rough grades. I know of Coventry which requires BCC but are there any other suggestions which would be a good place to study?

Seriously consider the ACCA - it's international.
To give you an idea of size, I was once told that the number of registered members with the ACCA is the same as the sum of the rest put together! (With the exception of the US I think) I'm not entirely sure if that's true, but it sure is something to think about.

ACCA has 130,000 members worldwide and probably double that amount currently studying. happened to read that only a few days ago on a newsletter I received.
