Christmas Post

If you are intending to post Xmas presents this year, and spending a small fortune on packing materials, dont. All can be got for free in your local supermarket. I use Asda.
Bubble wrap - the boxes that they stack fruit in is laden with acres of bubble wrap, and they dont mind if you take it - less waste for them, and it's recyling
Cardboard boxes - Just ask an assistant if you can have some boxes and they will normally oblige, just take what you need - again it saves them getting rid of it.
I cleared out all of my old record collection on Ebay, and only paid £0.99 for some sellotape. Asda did all the rest for me!!!1

I have thought about selling my old record collection too but the selling price of each disk would be so low that I thought it wouldn't be worth the effort of buying LP shaped cardboard packaging, wrapping each one and separate journeys to the post office.
Did you dispose of them all as one lot? I can't imagine any of the large fruit boxes being suitable for selling one LP.0
