Help with Loan - Is balance transfer possible?
Hi there,
I'm new to the financial world and have just left home and bought a house with my g/f (just before the market crashed).
We took out a 3k loan and am now paying over £100.00 a month and am mad at the 25% interest rate.
Does anyone know whether I can just get a credit card or something and transfer it over and perhaps get a 0% balance transfer deal or something? - Is this possible?
Thanks for reading and I appreciate your help.
Kind regards,
Lee

Hi. Not all credit card companies allow it but some do. I transferred my current account overdraft onto a credit card a few years ago and I think it was Egg that allowed it. Just have a browse on the net and make some phonecalls and find out who does allow it. I will save you some time, I don't think any of the high street banks will offer it.0

Thank you - I'll have a look around.0
