Help - Need online Support for Weight Loss

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post or not but here goes.
I'm really keen to lose weight (2 stone would be fantastic, 1 stone more realistic) and I need some form of online help to do so. I'm applying the same principles as I have to my debt problem in the being a MSE'er has helped me so much.
I need to eat a bit less and exercise more and get support from people who understand.
I'm not really able to join online or go to weight watchers due to the cost. I would rather spend that money swimming or similar.
Does anyone have any pointers to any good forums where online, and free, help could be found when the motivation dips:o

Try https://www.weightlossresources.co.uk - it isn't free alas but I think is just £9 a month which isn't bad for the amount of information and the support boards etc that you get.
I used this to lose 2 stone a while back. Of course I stopped using it and put the weight back on again
but that was my own fault. I do feel I learned a lot from using the site.
You can do a free day trial I think...
Also I think there is an OldStyle weight loss thread on the oldstyle board on here if you want soemthing completely free0 -
And of course good luck! I'm trying to lose weight too, I know how hard it can be!0

Try www.3fatchicks.com/
It's a free forum and you can get a free blog too. Lots of help and advice and support. A bit like here really, but all about weight loss!
