Advise please, sent the 12days letter requesting CCA then sent follow up letter later.
CapQuest sent a photocopy of CCA but it shows NO interest rate and NO credit limit. It also shows hubby did not want payment protection but they have charged him for it monthly. There was NO list of interest or charges, or any terms and conditions.
Just after the 18th September they passed it to ScotCall. Who are very rude I might add. I informed ScotCall that as the account was still in dispute it should not have been passed to them.
Now today I get my letter and photocopys back from ScotCall saying they have passed it back to their client.
Now the 30 days was up on 25th Septmber.
So what do I do now???? Just leave it and see if they try and take it further. Not heard back from CapQuest.

I think in this situation you sit and wait and see what happens next. Don't quote me on that though! With any luck, they'll be licking their wounds and realising that this is one debt that they'll just have to accept defeat on.Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0
