Quidco question

Sorry if this isn't in the right place!

I have arranged my car insurance via Quidco, and it quickly came up as Tracked*, but that was back in August and there is no sign of any payment any time soon. Meanwhile, my monthly payments for the insurance are going out of my account nicely! Can anyone advise me please? We aren't talking small change here, the cashback sum involved is £75

Any amount over £50 will be paid to you via BACS. Are you set up for this?

What does it say for the payment date?

Eg Here's one of mine from August which is down to be paid in November

As for BACs they can pay any amount into your account you just set up the minimum amount on your preferences (mines a £1)

Hi Carmen,

Yes, in fact I received my first ever payment (yippee) for another "purchase" yesterday, so I know there is nothing wrong with my account, or computer setup.

Scottish - I just looked at the Sheila's wheels site, and it says validation of the policy averagely takes 60 days, so perhaps I need to be patient for just a bit longer?. At the moment, my account is still at the Tracked* stage - no validation yet.

Whoopee again - by sheer coincidence, I've just checked my Quidco page, and Sheila's Wheels have now validated so things are moving again.

An update - here we are 4 months later and I still haven't received my cashback. Has anyone else had trouble with Sheila's Wheels and cashbacks? At this rate, my renewal will have come up again.

I would set up a missing payment -have you done that yet?

Well no, because Sheilas Wheels still haven't gone any further than validating it - if they don't pay Quidco, Quidco can't pay me

Me too - same time outstanding & tehy tell me Quidco won't/can't pay until they've got it from Sheilas wheels..

It doesn't suprise me.

I've got some outstanding payments although they're not as much. I think they can sometimes take ages.
