NHS pension & no £60 tax rebate

I received my NHS pesnion today and there is only £10 increase in my salary which seems right but not £60 rebate. I cannot check my tax code as I usually get my P60 once a year from NHS Paymaster. I wonder whether I should contact paymaster and ask why. My husband did not get his as well, but he is over 65 yrs and somebody says he does not qualilfy. Thanks
