hi all spoke to my CCCS councilor yesturday and he is happy to start the ball rolling on my dmp now!
only 200. pcm but its a start anyway ive recieved the usual letters from the banks etc "sorry to here of your situation blah blah
thankyou for informing us of your situation blah blah, in lighht of this we are unable to accept your offer however we are happy to receive a higher offer of payment from your ps i have gone to the trouble of adding on 80 quid in charges ..........late payment under pament going over limit and just coz i can charges" all of them etc hsbc credit card whom i owe a hell of alot ive offered them 30 quid pcm at the mo the letter i got this morning from them
" dear klare , sorry about your finacial situation we feel we need to help you at this time we will accept £16.80- for 4 months frpom you freeze charges during this time but in march 2006 we expect you to resume min2% repayments interest will resume at normal rate if you fail to meet this we can persue legal action to retrieve the full outstanding balance
so is that good or not?????

Only pay what you can afford to pay, if the CCCS has sent your creditors a statement of means and all you can afford to pay is whats described in this statement then this is what to pay and stick with it. Don't be put off by threatening letters just keep paying what you have agreed with the CCCS.

Definatley stick to the CCCS budget as that's ALL you can afford, your creditors will try their best to get more out of you but don't worry, refer them all to CCCS.Mortgage-free wannabe!0
