Would it be best to distribute any known working codes via PM - like we do on the CD-WOW thread?

Okay guys, I bought another textbook using one of the universal codes. Went through everything, and put in the code when prompted. I got the confirmation email with the £5 off price. But when I browse the website, the book is still in my basket, at the original price. Whats going on?
