Hello all. First time poster, but long time lurker!! I have a qucik question for you!
If I was to become bankrupt, would they take our 2 cars from us?
The cars are both on HP in my name, and I use one and my partner uses the other. I use my extensively for work (I get a car allowance), and my partner uses hers to get to work and back, which is 20 miles each way, in the country?
So if the worst happened, what would happen to these cars? (They both are probably worth less than is owed).

Hi Money fool and welcome, you may be better posting this on the bankruptcy sub board, there are some fab people on there who have been through it and will be able to give you better advice than us on here I should thinkAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00
