I remember that they used to slow down when the battery started to go.
Do you remember the high speed dubbing? Made everyone sound like the Chipmonks! :T

I remember my OH getting a rechargable personal stereo when we were courting (1987) and it cost him £45 then:eek: ......it had a graphic equilizer on it too:rotfl: ........which of course did bot all:rolleyes:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
I agree Louise i remember getting my first personal stereo for christmas, lovely red one thought i was the dogs b locks
I had a red one too - how cool :rotfl:I remember getting my very first tape player which was a big old square chunky one - like this but brown -
My dad got a microphone for me that you could plug in and me and my friends used to record 'radio shows'.. great fun
