BOOTS Help Pls?

Hi just tried ordering online as i do usually using my solo card and it decides to say unable to authorise this card!Ive used it loads of time and even gives an option for Solo? Has anyone else had the same problem?

    Try calling your bank to check. They'll be able to tell you if there's any probs with your card/account.
  • There is def no problems with my account, i have just paid another bill online, and there is plenty left in there...I have the problem a few times with those that actually accept solo cards.
