I have been trying to get through for hours! I am usually quite good at negotiating to get what i want so was hoping to get some free sky! Will have to keep trying!

Well i got through and was told that i would have to get sky some other way as there was no way i am going to get it on this offer!

Ah well, i dont give up easily so will have to keep trying!

Tried the phone no given and was told to ring 08700 400407. Phone answered with the words "Gift Line, can I help you". Really excited now!!! Anyway, asked about the free offer and he said ah yes, that costs £149.00 - and you don't get all the channels. When I said I was told it was free he laughed and laughed and said no way, who do you work for, and maybe that was a staff offer. I asked what the £149.00 was for and he said installation, box etc. Told him I already had a box but just wanted the card - that's when he said that's illegal and I decided not to pursue it. Oh well......... would have been good.

Your not from the borders are you? i heard about this offer, something about 1000 people will get sky free for a year but its only in the scottish borders.

Does anyone have any of the cards going spare please? pretty please? I just called Sky and was told it was either a staff or retailer offer, tried to blag my way through but the person I spoke to was insistent on my giving him the number printed beneath/above the barcode on the card. I don't have the card, so couldn't give it to him. We have Sky, but wanted to get this for my parents. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
