Hi just to update the OR called me yesterday,(nearly said today but just realised what time it was lol)anyway he seemed a nice bloke.spoke to me about the car i have on HP and whether i needed it to take any family members to hospital or school which i was a bit puzzled about!as i thought he would just take it.Especially as i am now unemployed.Asked about my 2 bank accounts which i have with the same bank, says he`s closing one and letting me keep the other one open,(very odd)i actually had a large loan with this bank which is in with my BC.He is now sending the forms out,and might need to see me or maybe not.Anyone think anything is odd with what he has said or should i be worried about anything. Thanks for any replies.

Paul as far as the car is concerned they may still take it,the OR is just asking the normal questions, until they issue an exempt letter don't get too excited.
On the bank issue it is the bank which closes the account not the OR,he just says he has no interest in the account, expect it to get closed;)Free impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

Thank`s for the reply Dalip, actually im hoping they do take the car as i know i couldnt afford to keep it.Yeah i needed a car before i got made redundant(was a construction worker, working in various locations throughout the year)and as soon as i can get back into work i will probably need a car.but this time im saving for one lol.
well i got my paperwork from the OR to fill in and send off today so im going to get stuck into that soon.It did say in the letter that i was unlikely to need an interview,so im keeping my fingers crossed that everything is straight forward now;) many thanks to everyone.0
