Returning my console to Game?

If you are polite and nice to them, they may give you vouchers or exchange it. It is upto the manager at the end of the day (although they might have to refer to the Regional manager due to price). Usually a exchange is much better than a refund as that doesnt take money from your till at the end of the day.

Has the price gone down on these since you bought the product?

If you get Gift Vouchers, these usually sell well on ebay.

Good luck. At the end of the day, they want to keep your custom and wont aim to upset you. The smaller the area the better the customer service :-)

Cheers mate! It was since the price drop so full rrp.If I am goin to take it back then vouchers/gift card would be fine. There nice guys in there so I might go in and just have a quiet word to see whats what. At the end of the day theres no fault with it so if they said no its not the end of the world. Having said that playing it this morning at 5am when I went to get a game from upstairs I could hear the console scanning the disc downstairs! :rotfl: so i guess ill just have to see whats what! cheers guys:beer:
