70% off dorma bedding

Hi all

Dorma emailed me today to say they have added a couple of lines to their 70% off duvets and bedding.
I've got it in the past and is always really good quality.

the dorma name has been bought by dunelm - to be the exclusive sellers. so alot of stores are trying to shift their stock before they loose out completely. so look out for loads of bargains :j

That explains a lot. I was in Dunelm a few weeks ago and there was loads more Dorma stuff than they used to have. I hope that Dunelm's ownership will not mean reduced quality in future.

If you go to the Dorma website and click on 'Linen Lovers' in the top right hand corner and sign up, they will e-mail you a 10% off code.

Not much, but better than nothing!!

Hi, Dorma is fantastic quality. We have a bed and breakfast and I have dorma bedding in all our rooms. We are in the ferry port of Stranraer and most of our guests are only in for 1 night coming and going to Northern Ireland, therefore, the duvet covers and pillowcases are washed and ironed daily. Cannot fault the quality of this stuff. I might be a bit more initially but will last for years. We have the florentine range and it is just beautiful.

OK everyone on this site needs to get there facts straight.

DUNELM have only purchased the right to use the name and logo of Dorma, this is so they can continue to peddle there inferior quality tat using the good will etc of a once great company.

Do not belive it if anyone tells you Dorma are making stuff for them ..WRONG Dorma ceased manufaturing 7 years ago and all te foreign suppliers ( china ) who then took over the expensive and great quality merchandise have no contracts for Dunelm, the sell off of real Dorma stock is only occuring in Debenhams & House Of Fraser, the Debenhams franchises will all ALL cease trading by Febuary 2009, House of Fraser stores will still trade REAL DORMA until Feb / March 2010 after that only the inferior product will be available from Dunelm.
