Just seen red bananas for the first time in my Morrisons. Has anyone tried them and what are they like? Any different to the normal yellow ones?

i bought them, they are really hard like a really unripe yellow banana. i had to leave them in the friut bowl for about 2 weeks until they were soft enough to eat. or maybe i done something wrong ???
they were just like a normal banana but smaller and really expensive.

I've had them (they were reduced) and they tasted like normal bananas but a bit sweeter. It's subtle but very nice.I am a vegan woman. My OH is a lovely omni guy0
