1. The competiton will close on Friday 31 October and the 2 x Winners will be notified therafter.
2. Prize is for 2 x 3 night breaks in a 1-bedroom, serviced apartment (sleeping 2 x people each) at West India House, Bristol.
3. The prize is for a Friday to Monday stay and must be taken by 30 April 2009.
4. Accommodation is subject to availability and excludes New Year’s Eve.
5. FGW reserve the right to change the prize at any time.
6. There is no cash alternative, exchange, refund or compensation associated with any of the elements of the prize.
7. First Great Western will not be held responsible for any elements of the SACO prize. Any dissatisfaction must be taken up with SACO directly at the time.
8. No purchase necessary.
9. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older, must be resident in the UK, not be employees or their immediate families of First Greater Western Ltd, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the draw.
10. One entry per household.
11. The prize will be awarded to the first entrant randomly drawn after the closing date. The draw will be independently witnessed. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified within within one month of the closing date.
12. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter, and cannot be returned.
13. All data received will be stored in conjunction with the Data Protection Act.
