i am at my wit end s with BT lol no not really i had some arrear which are including in my BR but hey they do not care aparently they will pass now my file to a DCA wooh i am so scared now even though they stop our landline phone withotu any notice....
they tried to take around 300 pounds from my accoutn after my BR order anyway i was able to revert it back but my OR says there is not much they can do !

i am scared to get now a default notice oh no i what shall i do now ?:rolleyes:

anyway i am with talk talk which is a lot cheaper ....

Ah Well.

You could try a final - get lost and stop hassling me cos its illegal and I'll report you type letter. Of course, the default - it depends what date they have put on it cos its not allowed to be later than your BR date..... Another argument!

i do not know i just got a phone call on my mobile by a rather snotty customer service assistant of course i and he mentiend that my file is ready for a debt collection agency if do nto pay infull now .. then he say i won't be able to use my landline phone well d'uhh they already cut me off few weeks ago so i do not see the problem here ! so i answered be ready for an harassment claim...

they already knew about my BR through me and my OR , i am not too worried about my defautl as my credit rating is rather non existent at the minute.

now i am going to send a final letter threatening them with further action if they continue to hassle me. this is one of my last creditor hassling me ..
