What can I do with veal mince that I can't do with beef mince?

in Old style MoneySaving
Defrosted some veal mince for tonight, was going to make Jamie Olivers Meat Balls, BUT before I turn veal mince into meatballs is there anything I can I do with veal mince that I can't do with beef mince (or thats much better done with veal mince)?

    Anything you can do with beef mince can be done with veal mince. I had a quick look for you on google for links to recipes using veal mince but didn't find any where veal would be better used than regular mince.

    I just thought I would check on account of veal costing a little more, I thought it might be tenderer & more suited to something.
