Gutter cleaning in north lanarkshire?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to get my gutters cleaned, every time it rains they overflow onto my conservatory and once, in heavy rain it leaked. I phoned a company from the yellow pages who can round and quoted me £185 !!!! Blimey, i thought i was thinking a max of £50!

I know I could do it myself but I really don't fancy being up two storeys on a ladder, and actually don't even have a ladder. Also at the back would have to climb up onto the party wall of the conservatory and then use a ladder - eekk ontop of a wall on a ladder, no thanks!!

Could anyone recommend someone who will do it a bit cheaper?:beer:

Do you have a window cleaner? If so why not ask him. I've done that at least 4 times and it's worked a treat every time, all for the princely sum of about £30.

Does your local newsagents have a an advertising window, or a free newspaper. usually there's a handy-many-type in there.

I am the same as fletch - the window cleaner does ours for a tenner !!
