I am possibly working in Ireland for six weeks and would be paid in Euros by cheque (approx €7000). I would be very grateful for suggestions as the best way to maximise getting this into Pounds Sterling. I can also get the cheque cashed for free into €.
Thanks

Thomas Exchange Global in central London will charge about 1.75% over the mid-market exchange rate to convert EUR cash into GBP. I suggest you use this as a benchmark to look for better options.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
