I phoned them up about that.

Yo have to apply for a credit account, once the order has been processed and you receive the invoice, you can opt to pay the full amount or any monthly sum.

I did this:

Phoned them to place an order. I said "I hear you offer new customers a £15 off their first order?". He said "yes we do" and set up the flexible account for me there and then which I paid straightaway (didn't want the temptation of buy now pay later) However on checking my bank statement the next day I discovered the £15 off your first order does not go through immediately so I had paid the full amount of £25 + £3.50 postage however a couple of days later they did re-credit my account with £15.
