I know that signing up on the Electoral Roll is good/great for my credit but will it also send signals to people who are after me? There is no one on my credit report but I fear there may be a few that are Statute Barred and although they cant legally touch me they may still try...

Yes I would imagine that any creditors whom you owe money to would be able to trace you through the electoral roll, I don't know how you stand if they have been trying to find you for the last 6 years though and you have been 'dodging them' so to speak if this would still mean the debts would be statute barred, I'm no expert on thisAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00

Seems to be a question between wanting credit and avoiding debt.... Is there a way that I can search my statute barred's and/or 6year defaults?0
