Is There A Third Cca Letter - Advice Please

I hope this is the right place to post, I need some advice re Abbey / MBNA card
I sent the first CCA letter asking for a copy, and got back a general terms and conditions with no rates, no signatures etc together with a copy of the cards last statement so.
I wrote back using the second letter template I found on this site, and I got a letter saying everything I needed under the Consumer Credit legislation was supplied already referring to the above Terms and Conditions.
I asked CCCS to suspend payments but where do I go from here. Is there a third letter ? Any advice would be gratefully received.

If they have smply sent you a copy of the terms and conditions with no agreement and 'prescribed terms', then the letter in the post below may be appropriate.

There were 3 letters, but i'm not sure if the 3rd is now of much use.
This thread has all the templates for:
Original CCA request
12+2 day letter
12+2+30 day letter - It is not longer an offence if the default continues for a month. That however doesn't alter the fact that the debt is unenforcable while the default continues (no enforcable CCA).
Was the card taken out before or after April 2007?
Here is a letter you can send to the OFT regarding their failure to supply an enforcable CCA

Thankyou both very much. I will send a third letter using the templates provided.
