If You Have A Water Meter Put In By Previous Owners/tenants If You Have A Medical Condition Like Eczema Or Need To Wash Your Sheets Due To Night Sweats Or Need A Hot Bath For Muscle Spasms You Can Get An Assisted Water Charge, This Is The Old Rate System,(£275 Per Yr) Just Ring And Ask For A Pack... If You Are Disabled You Can Get Reduced Council Tax To The Lower Band, Also You Can Get £2,500 Of Grant From Warm Front To Get A New Boiler, Cavity Wall And Loft Insulation. It All Helps.
