Aye, that's right, the best policy (rightly or wrongly) is to keep quiet. A couple of months ago I received my posting pack at about 10pm, it had been burst open and lying outside my front door, I was going to let Kantar know, thankfully I didn't.

It makes it a bit pointless doing the survey then if your postman knows your doing it. I think thats unfair on the people who would like to do it but can't because of the large numbers already doing it. A bit like the people who apply for freebies they don't want or need purely so they can get it.

Does anyone know what happens to my surveys if I move?? Am I automatically applicable for surveys in the new area or do I need to submit a new application?? I have sent them an email but no reply just yet and wanted to tidy everything up bofoe the move.

    ta very much everyone.

I moved and e-mailed them and it took about 10days for them to reply but eventually they did. You have to return everything to them (but keep some envelopes for SMARTS and letters as your keep getting them for a few weeks). You have to reapply like everyone else and start the training all over again. The link they send you to apply just gives you a message saying due to high numbers they are not recuriting at the moment.

But the postman doesn't know, unless he was the one delivering mail at 10 pm.My guess is it was delivered to someone else who in turn being nosey barstewards opened it up and found nothing of importance and dumped it outside my door. This is not the first time my mail has gone to other houses, luckily the householders brought the mail round to me.

I have had the same too, I send an item of mail to the same three companies every week, and the same person at least twice a month.

That's not the only point of the surveys though is it?? I thought it was mostly to see if it is going through the sorting system correctly, and taking the route that would be the most efficient.

Not having a go, just pointing it out :)

btw I'm positive my posties know I'm doing it, one got really moody with me!! It is quite obvious though, If I get my bank statement through that is unlikely to have incorrect initials, then the same day get post with test initials on, all with those same labels.

I'd like to think some of my feedback has been fed through to our sorting offices, as our post now arrives regularly, we always have the same guy, and they don't seem to be sneakily picking up the post too early.

I've had this a lot lately too, maybe they are getting lazy at allocating addresses!
