    Quick question for you!

do they always SEND you the vouchers (as per t&c off the website) as I bought a load of stuff in-store and got no vouchers. I would have thought they would because otherwise there could be trouble with cashiers "forgetting" and people going back to claim more vouchers?

    Hi Tin

When did you buy your stuff? The offer finished yesterday.

If you bought them before then they should have given you the vouchers at the till.

I may be wrong but I think the cashier enters a code for the free vouchers which would be printed onto your receipt if you received them.

I bought stuff over the internet and this is when they send the vouchers to you separately.
  • The cashier "forgot" to enter mine on my receipt this weekend - luckily my partner remembered just as we were going away to the collection point (this was after I had to lead her through the BOGOF on batteries she was about to cancel the free one on...). When mentioned, the acting was so poor it was obvious they were only giving them out when you asked.

That, and the dragon treating customers returning items as criminals, led to us being in there over an hour :o

??? The vouchers (should) appear on the receipt provided you have spent the qualifying amount and without the cashier doing anything. Same applies at the quickpay kiosks.
How do I add a signature?

These vouchers should have definitely been given to you at the point of sale. If you havn't been given yours go back to the store, if you have any problems speak to the manager.
if i had known then what i know now
