HELP! Dress alterations in Preston area

I am getting married 5 weeks today and the lady I was going to use is poorly in hospital and unable to help me with my wedding dress :eek:

Does anyone know of anyone in the Preston/Lancashire area that can help me at such short notice.

Hi I dont know if it is any help but there is a alteration shop not too far from me. Wigan its in haydock i can get her phone number for you tomorrow if that is any help? If its too far let me know

That's great thank you. I've got an appointment to see someone in Preston on Saturday but will ring your wife tomorrow to see if she can see me to give me a quote/advise if she can help.

I just wanted to say thank you for putting your wife's details on here. I ended up going to see her and she made my dress even more beautiful than it was already. She was fantastic and I can't recommend her enough. She did such a good job of my dress and at a very reasonable price too. In fact I nearly fell over in shock at how cheaply she did it for me.

Once again, thanks so much and I'll definately be recommending her to my friends
