  • Have you discovered Nectar EStores yet? So many different stores on there like Play.com, Woolworthes, eBay, Amazon and many more. You just visit them via a link and you get 2 points for every pound - generally.
It's a great way to pay attention to your balance too.
I was with Greasypalm for loyalty points but I personally find nectar work much better for me and I don't get all the junk email either.
Also, I know it is slightly cheeky but if any of your friends or family use BP petrol station and don't have a nectar card get another one from Nectar for friends and family and they can give you free points at no cost to themselves. My friend drives a company car and uses my nectar card to give me points. I get nearly £1 a week which adds up. Not all people like to use loyalty cards so let them build up yours!
On the website too they have a link for personal details and make sure you sign up for post and email offers as you can get some really good ones on things you normally buy.
Hope this is of some use.

I got an extra 3000 points by signing up for an American Express card. I think this was a special offer so you may not get as many now. They are now offering me an extra 500 for each additional card holder I get.

I also get points from TNS surveys, joining up for ebookers newletters and doing an survey on the nectar site.

I have changed gas and electricity supplier to EDF for 5000 points. I will change back once I have been with them 28 days.

  • Hi

    THanks for the replies.

  • Hi, Have a look on the Nectar website for more information. Also if you go through the Nectar website you can earn points through ebay. I brought a few items for 1p and got 8 points for each one.

Are you registered with the TNS surveys? I've had loads of points through that recently as has OH - get some points even if you don't get accepted onto the main survey.

The 200 points was for signing up to an ebookers newsletter I believe - not sure if it's still available.

Also do you check the nectar website regularly? There are sometimes bonus point offers on there

  • Have a look at their website https://www.mytns.com. You also get a few points even if you don't qualify for a survey. I have managed to get a few points so far using them.

The ebookers offer is still available, I got a token about it in the latest mailing.

It's 200 points, which is £1. Nectar aren't the best loyalty points at all!

Yes I agree, but you can get DVDs from CD-Wow for around 2000 nectar points which is about the best value item I could find to spend my points on. Actually found myself hunting out special offers to boost my balance! Viking do a free 1000 bonus points on any order and 3000 bonus points if you order any 3 inkjet cartridges.
Don't blame me, it was like that when I got here!
