competitions for natural stuff

I´ve recently been getting the monthly newsletter from Janey Leegrace, its called janeys tips and its got loads of great eco - natural comps, . lots of it is competitions and you only have to send in your name and address. You have to go the site and input your email addy where it says Janeys tips, great comps and freebies too on imperfectlynatural.com shes the girl off the radio with Steve Wright but she knows her stuff re skincare without chemcials etc
my freind won a whole basket of natural cleaning products and she knows someone who won a weekend in Cornwall for two at a spa hotel with natural therapies included

Are there different competitions in the email that they send out, or just the same ones that mattytun has already posted?
