Welcome finance

Took a car loan out with them around 2 years 3 months ago,any way my door broke on my car after 1 year,and they refused to fix it,even though they said they would,i wrote them a letter about nearly 9 months ago stating for them to come collect it.They say they never got it but they did because i had some bloke phone me asking why i didnt want it,but i havnt payed them a penny since about a year ago,and the car is still sitting there and they keep saying some 1 is going to collect it but they never do,im bored phoneing them and writeing to them,is there any law or anything regarding the car because it is a bit of a nusince just sitting there.oh and yes i was desprate getting a car and they were my last resort..

    Do you have a copy of the letter. ALso have they written about not paying as this could be gathering interest. I would now send them another letter recorded delivery and demand they fetch it and also check what has happened to the loan for the car. This may affect your credit rating.

    Are you 100% sure of this? It seems a bit strange for them to cancel an agreement just because of a broken door.

    After a year the car would be out of warranty, (unless it was a new car) so why would they agree to fix the door? It is down to you to get it fixed
    I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.
